New work space to support the wellbeing of staff at St Margarets Hospice in Taunton.
We are working with St Margaret’s Hospice Care to refurbish their existing Hospice buildings in Taunton and Yeovil. So much of what a Hospice does is in the community, on the phone and in the home. Their staff, some of whom are in the building for only part of the working day, need space that supports teams and individuals, is quiet and caring but lively and collaborative and embodies the ethos of the Hospice. We are exploring a semi open plan layout with bays of space separated by shared office and meeting rooms and new roof lights to drop daylight along the spine of the existing deep plan space.
